No.AB1/48365/2006 dated 06.09.1996 and quash the same as illegal, invalid, null and void and consequently direct the first respondent to include the name of the Petitioner in the panel for the

year 2000-2001 drawn in First Respondent's proceedings No.AB1/34731/2000 dated 14.01.2003 and consequently promote the petitioner as Forester on par with his immediate junior namely, the Second Respondent, restore the original seniority of the petitioner to disburse the difference in salary arrears of the petitioner herein.
