These Writ Petitions have been filed praying for issue a writ of certiorarified cum Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Government Orders in G.O.Ms.No.94 dated 22.06.2006 School Education (HS2) Department of the First Respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the Second Respondent herein to forthwith include the name of the Petitioners in the seniority list for promotion as Higher Secondary School Headmaster.
2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have already been promoted as Higher Secondary School Headmasters and that, therefore, the Writ Petitions have been rendered infructuous and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
