Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records and papers relating to the impugned Tender Notification issued by the 1st respondent bearing No.MST:SP:COMML:FS:29 dated 22.09.2004 for Outsourcing of Facilitation Service Activities at Chennai Airport and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent from in any manner altering the existing service condition of the members of the petitioner Union whose names are given in Annexure to the writ petition.
