Mr. Maharaja, Learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the Respondents.

It is pointed out by the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that the order impugned in this Writ Petition dealt only with the preliminary objection raised that the property did not belong to the Temple of the Third Respondent and that further proceedings are yet to be completed in the matter.

In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Writ Petitions and participate in the further proceedings before the First Respondent and in the event of an adverse passed as an ultimate outcome of the same, reserves the right of the Petitioner to challenge the findings in the impugned order, in the appeal before the concerned authority against that final order and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, granting such liberty. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
