Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent dated 23.07.2008 in Na.Ka.No.62532/M3/2008 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner school to participate in all the school level sports meets and competition held by the respondents 1 and 2 in the state of Tamil Nadu including the SGFI competitions and consider the opportunity of the state board students on the basis of certificate issued in such common sports meets/competition upto the national level for selection to professional and educational courses under sports quota.
