Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent issued in Letter No.35986/Higher Secondary Education 1/2002-2 dated 16.11.2004 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to count the petitioner's untrained teacher's service for a period from 13.6.1966 to 11.6.1967 and from 20.6.1967 to 31.5.1968 together with the service rendered by the petitioner as a trained teacher for the purpose of pension and then fix the pension and grant arrears of pension.
