the petitioner was invited to the averments and when the Court observed that they are not only vague, but bereft of details that a garbage dumping yard is proposed to be established in a park, and that the averments do not satisfy the requirements of a public interest writ petition, Mr.R.Ezhilarasan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made and endorsement to that effect.
