PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Impugned Order of the 1st respondent vide proceedings No.Na.ka.O1/10482/2018 dated 30.10.2018 and quash the same.
The learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and this Court has granted permission to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
