Sub: Courts - Civil Jurisdiction-TR CMP(MD).205/2017 On the file of the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court praying to withdraw the I.D.O.P.No.8/2017 from the Family Court, Madurai and to transfer the same to the District Court, Nagercoil or any other Court – Report Called for – Regarding.
Ref: High Court's Order dated 12.12.17 made in TR CMP(MD). 205/2017 ------
As per the order of this Hon'ble Court under reference cited, it is represented that inspite of stay order being granted by this Court on 25.05.2017 in TR CMP(MD).205/2017 and CMP(MD).4596/2017, the Family court, Madurai has proceeded to dispose of the I.D.O.P.No.8/17. Therefore this Court hath directed the Registry to call for report from the Court concerned.
