ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-
The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.380 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 302, 457 and 380 IPC. Considering the nature of the crime, this Court while dismissing his earlier bail petition, directed that the committal proceedings should be concluded speedily. Contending that the committal proceedings could not be concluded within the time indicted, the petitioner has filed his second bail application for grant of bail.
