ORDER
The review application has been filed seeking to review of the order dated 08.09.2011 passed in WP.No.25518 of 2006, mainly seeking for changing the petitioner's name.
2.In the year 2011, a contempt petition was filed in Cont.P.No.1849 of
2011, alleging non-compliance of the order dated 08.09.2011 passed in WP.No.25518 of 2006 and be said in Contempt petition, which was taken along with the Writ petitions in WP.Nos.25518 & 25519 of 2006, in which, this Court permitted the petitioner for changing the petitioner's company name was ordered to be changed as from Dalmia Cements (Bharat) Limited to Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries Limited with effect from 07.09.2010. This Court by order dated 08.12.2011 directed the first respondent to pass orders on the change of name, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
3.Pursuant to the above said order dated 08.12.2011, the petitioner's
company name was changed. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in the present review application. Thus, the review application is
accordingly closed. No costs.
