The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the detenue Jahira Begam, who is the wife of the petitioner, has now joined with the company of her husband, the petitioner herein and living in the matrimonial home.
2 The Court heard the submissions of Mr.C.Iyyappa Raj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent.
3 In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
