The petitioner is a life convict and he submitted a representation dated 08.03.2019 seeking for grant of parole for five days between 15.03.2019 and 19.03.2019 and vide order dated 15.03.2019, he has been granted parole by this Court for a period of three days commencing from 16.03.2019 at 11.00 a.m., till 19.03.2019 at 4.00 p.m.
2 It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that after availing the benefit of parole, the detenu/petitioner has returned back to the Central Prison, Vellore on 19.03.2019 and was admitted in the said prison.
3 In the light of the same, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
