Prayer:- This Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 05.08.2013 made in I.A.No.244 of 2012 in O.S.No.267 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif, Virudhunagar.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners would submit that the suit in O.S.No.267 of 2010 has already been dismissed for default by the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar and that the prayer sought for in this revision petition has now become infructuous.

2.In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in the present revision petition and accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infurctuous. However, liberty is given to the revision petitioners to revive this Civil Revision Petition as and when the suit in O.S.No.267 of 2010 restores to file. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
