PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure against the fair order and decretal order in I.A.No.279 of 2009 in I.A.No.287 of 2008 in H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2007 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli.

O R D E R
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2007 itself has been dismissed for non-prosecution on 01.08.2010. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this Civil Revision Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. However, the revision petitioner is granted liberty to revive the petition in case H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2007 is restored to file.
