By order dated 04.12.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose O.S.No.210 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date

of receipt of a copy of this order.

1. Now, the learned District Munsif, Namakkal has requested this

Court to grant further period of four months to dispose of the aforesaid

case. On the ground that due to nationwide lock-down imposed to curb Covid-19 pandemic, the direction issued by this Court could not be complied with.

1. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is

inclined to grant further period of three months to dispose the above said

case from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
