The petition has been filed to withdraw the investigation of the case registered in Crime No.19 of 2015, on the file of the 4th respondent police and presently investigated by the 3rd respondent and to entrust the same to the file of the 5th respondent for conducting further effective investigation.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.23 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagapattinam.
3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in the
petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal
Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently,
connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
