The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to withdraw the Crime No.2560/11 pending on the file of the 1^st respondent namely Inspector of Police, Udumalpet Police Station and transfer the investigation to the 2^nd respondent Inspector of Police, CBCID, Tiruppur.

2.The petitioner seeks direction of this Court to withdraw the Crime No.2560/11 pending on the file of the 1^st respondent namely Inspector of Police, Udumalpet

3.Considering the long pendency of the case, the 1^st respondent is hereby directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.2560 of 2011 and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, before the jurisdictional Magistrate, if not already filed.
