Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the respondents produced a copy of the communication of the Assistant Manager (Legal), Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Kumbakonam) Ltd., Karaikudi Region, Karaikudi, dated 21.11.2019 and submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the amount due to the petitioner has been settled.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed and if the petitioner has got any grievance with regard to the settlement, he is at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
