Prayer : Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, against the order dated 07.03.2012 passed in R.C.A.No.11 of 2010 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Tribunal/Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli, in confirming the order dated 31.07.2007 passed in R.C.O.P.No.91 of 2005 on the file of the Rent Controller/II Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, that the petitioner/tenant is willing to vacate the premises in question, if six months time is granted by this Court, for which, the learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection. The said submissions are placed on record.

Taking note of the rival submissions, time is granted to the petitioner/tenant till 31.05.2020 to vacate the premises in question and hand over the possession to the respondents/landlords.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
