Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings of the decree and judgements made in OS No.315/2012 on the file of the Prl Dist Munsif Vellore dt 21/04/2017 as confirmed by the Decree and judgement made in AS No.29/2017 on the file of the Prl Sub Judge Vellore dt 28/02/2019 (CMP.10931/2019))

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.A.RAVINDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:-

It is found that though notice has been ordered to the respondent by this Court on 03.06.2019, Petitioners/Appellants have not taken steps for effecting service on the respondent.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the application further.

Accordingly, the CMP is dismissed for non-prosecution.
