The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the relief sought for in this writ petition is to quash the charge memo. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, Disciplinary proceedings were concluded in respect of another charge memo and the writ petitioner was removed from the service. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
