ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.JAYARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SETHURAMAN, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondent 1, the court made the following order:-
The petition stands allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, on or before 25.01.2018, failing which, the petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
