the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner approached this Court challenging the notification issued by the first respondent seeking nomination from the eligible candidates for the post of Board of Directors for the third respondent Society, now the nomination of the petitioner is accepted and after scrutiny, the final list was released and the petitioner was also elected unopposed. Recording the said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
