PRAYER: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to remove the encroachment in S.No.582/9 put up by the 8th respondent in conformity with the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings Na.Ka.A3/2004/2018, dated 15.05.2018 and by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2018 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
