Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2016 and also 06.03.2017 along with documents pertaining to educational qualification and other requisite documents, requesting the respondents herein to appoint the petitioner in any post in the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Company Limited (TNEB) on compassionate ground and to settle the final disbursement in respect of my husband Thiru.V.Robert Kennady, who had expired on 28.03.2016, so as to enable me to run mu livelihood without any difficult after my husband's death on 28.03.2016, within a time frame.
