ORDER
Relying upon the Market Restructuring Circular in Ref.No.SL/1601 dated 04.01.2018 issued by the first respondent for transfer of customers, according to which the sales of the existing distributors for the respective
market refill ceiling have to be protected, the first respondent-Corporation, by way of an e-mail communication dated 18.12.1018, made it clear that the Corporation is not intended to transfer any connection with regard to the petitioner as well as the second respondent Agencies, as both the agencies are well within their ceiling limits.
2.In view of the above, nothing remains to be considered in this writ petition and accordingly the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
