PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 23.07.2013 made in Na.Ka.2441/2013(A1) on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Attur, Salem District, the first respondent herein confirming the order dated 03.04.2013 made in Na.Ka.Fl.60,61 of 2013 on the file of the Tahsildar, Gangavalli, Salem District, the second respondent herein and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to take steps to survey and mark the boundaries of the land in survey numbers 45/2, 46/1 and 46/5 in Veppanthattai Village, Salem District.
