Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.4615/A1/2014 dated 14.07.2014 and to quash the same and consequently allow the Petitioner Association to run the English Medium Sections as permitted from the year 1996-97 as per Government order in G.O.Ms.No.584 Education(D1) Department dated 16.06.1993 by continuing the services of the teachers working in the school.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on both sides, on instructions, submitted that the prayer made in the writ petition has been met with and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
