Prayer in W.P.No.11880/16: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1, 3 and 5 herein to transfer the Petitioners for the purpose of doing (Compulsory Rotary Residential Internship)CRRI to any other recognized Government Medical College Hospital in the State of Tamil Nadu and to enable them to complete the MBBS Degree Course in the academic year 2016-17, in compliance with the norms prescribed by the 2nd respondent.
Common Prayer in W.P.Nos.12046 & 12047/16: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to enable the petitioners to obtain permanent registration of MBBS course with the 2nd respondent by providing them temporary provisional registration certificate with the 2nd respondent and CRRI Training during 2016-17 to be completed before 31st March 2017 in the 5th respondent college or any other medical college/institution recognized by the 3rd respondent by directing the respondent 1, 3 and 5 herein to transfer these petitioners to such other recognized medical college/institution.

When the matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on both sides, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
