Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to prepare the year wise regular panel for appointment to the post of Tutor in pharmacy in Tamil Nadu Medical Services from the year 2004-2005 by including the names of the persons in the panel eligible as per special Rules for Tamil Nadu Medical Service Rules for Tamil Nadu Medical Services including the petitioner in the appropriate year of panel and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Tutor in Pharmacy with consequential and other attendant benefits.
