The Learned counsel who has filed the Second Appeal has given consent for the change of counsel. The new counsel Mr.M.Ganesan has filed fresh vakalat on behalf of the appellants but with defect, since the office has returned the Vakalat. Similarly, for the 2nd respondent Mr.K.Venkatasubramanian has filed vakalat with defect has not represented it. When the matter was posted on 13.12.2018, there was representation for the erstwhile counsel for the appellants that they have no instructions.
