C.P.C against the judgment and decree dated 31.07.2003 made in
A.S.No.109 of 2000 on the file of the Sub Court, Namakkal
confirming the judgment and decree dated 29.04.2000 made in
O.S.No.365 of 1997 on the file of Principal District Munsif
Court, Namakkal.

JUDGMENT

sides and accordingly, Registry was directed to list the matter
