2.This second appeal was listed on 05.01.2018, no representation for the appellant and the appellant remaining absent on being called, Registry was directed to list the matter today (i.e) on 08.01.2018, under the caption “for dismissal”.

2.On 08.01.2018, the learned counsel for the appellant reported that he has already handed over the bundle to the party and made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, Registry was directed to list the matter today by printing the name of the appellant in the cause list.
