The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of her minor sons and to entrust their custody to her.
2.This appears to be a custody case between wife and husband. We do not find any illegal detention involved. More so, the mediation and conciliation has failed and already respondent No.3 has filed a divorce petition, which is pending consideration.
3.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. Sd/-
