PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter namely Palaniammal D/o. Ganapathi, aged about 24 years before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty.

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of her daughter and to set her at liberty.
2.Petitioner is the mother of the detenue. A perusal of the F.I.R. itself would show that the detenue was in relationship with a thirty party by name Ramji. The detenue is aged 24 years. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue has eloped with the said Ramji.
3.In view of the above, we do not find any illegal custody of the detenue. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
