PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-
The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 307 IPC in Crime No.2 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.
3.Even though the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital, in view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that there are four criminal cases registered against the petitioner and he is also a history sheeter, question of granting Anticipatory Bail does not arise. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
