The petitioner is arrayed as Accused-1, who was arrested on 22.05.2017 on P.T. Warrant for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.23 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

The Petitioner herein had earlier filed Crl.O.P.No.336 of 2018 before this Court. This Court while dismissing the bail application stated that the petitioner is having five previous cases of similar nature and that the petitioner is a habitual offender and that bail cannot be grnted to him.

In view of the abovbe, there is no change in the circumstances. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
