2.The learned counsel for the petitioner restricted the prayer made in the Crl.O.P. The learned counsel submitted that it is enough if a direction is given to the respondent police to consider the representation dated 09.10.2018, made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.
3.The respondent police is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law with in a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above observation, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
