Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.VIJAYARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No. 903 of 2018 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.430 of 2018, dated 16.02.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the charge sheet has been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No. 903 of 2018 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.430 of 2018, dated 16.02.2018 is hereby fully relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on all future hearing dates without fail.
