Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.SUSI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-
This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 1481 of 2018, dated 31.01.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners herein are complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 1481 of 2018, dated 31.01.2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent
police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.
