Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for R2 and of respondent 1 not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:-
This Court granted anticipatory bail in favour of the first respondent herein on 13.12.2017 on condition that he should deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/-to the credit of Crime No.410 of 2017.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner asserts that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the condition has not been complied with by the first respondent herein. Even though notice was served on the first respondent, he
has not chosen to enter appearance. Since the condition imposed by this Court has not been complied by the first respondent, the anticipatory bail stands cancelled.
3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
