This contempt petition has been filed seeking order to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.11249 of 2014 dated 12.10.2017.

With reference to the relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court passed an order on 12.10.2017. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the respondents have

complied with the order. Permanent approval or otherwise for the subsequent years are subject to the other rules in force and therefore, this Court is of an opinion that the respondents have not committed any contempt of court for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ further continuance of the present contempt application.
