Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ impugned resolution by the respondent No.2 in VC s Item No.3 dated 20.04.2011 and the consequent item no. 5 minutes of the syndicate held on 22.02.2012 and quash the same as illegal and consequently

direct the respondent no.3 to retain the petitioner in the present post of Assistant Professor in the Department of HIstory .
