Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Notification No.1/2015 issued by the respondent and published in daily newspaper DINA THANTHI dated 19.04.2015 inviting applications through on line for the post of Nurse and quash the same in so far as Clause B pertaining to educational qualifications and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to apply for the said post of Nurse.
