ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.APPADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner while admitting the Writ Petition the court made the following order:-

The Petitioner has come forward with this Petition for correction of date of birth, mentioning as 1957 instead of 1967 and monthly benefits have gone to be given only during final disposal of the Writ Petition and it will endanger the situation, if he is allowed to continue means of any interim Order. Hence, stay petition is dismissed.
