Prayer: Petition under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of proceedings in Ref.No.BHAVINI/HR/Rectt./2016/140 dt.23.02.2016 on the file of the second respondent for interview process scheduled to be held on 29.02.2016 and 01.03.2016 by the respondents for the promotion of scientific officers from grade of Scientific Officer-D (Pay Band-3, Grade Pay-6600) to next higher grade of Scientific Officer-E (Pay Band-3, Grade Pay-7600) and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to frame the HR policy relating to promotion rules in order to rectify the existing anomalies, in view of the minutes of meeting dated 22.10.2015, within time frame.
ORDER
When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 05.09.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be posted on 06.09.2017, under the caption 'for dismissal'.
