Claiming to be the owner of the property, the petitioner made two representations on 18.02.2016 to the Block Development Officer, Village Panchayat, Omalur, Salem District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and the District Collector, Salem District. The petitioner
also made representation to respondents 1 to 4 on 03.09.2016 inter alia alleging that at the instance of the respondent No.4, a demolition has taken place followed by construction. Therefore, the petitioner sought for construction to be stopped followed by appropriate direction. As no action is forthcoming even thereafter, the present writ petition has been filed.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No
costs.Consequently,connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
