Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Check Slip No.6, dated 20.12.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the documents which is to be executed by the petitioner in favour of prospective purchasers in respect of approved plots situated in Survey Nos.279/6 (30 cents), 279/2 (53 cents), 275/1 (34 cents), 276/1 (82 cents), 276/2 (63 cents), 270 (71 cents), 275(2) (37 cents) at Tharapakkam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, which is covered under anterior Sale Deed, dated 20.12.2016 registered as Doc.No.4041/2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent and release and return the documents after completing all the formalities on the registration.
