When the matter is taken up, it is stated that the matter is already settled between the parties during the meeting conducted on 18.01.2017, as per order of this court in W.P.No.893 of 2017 in which the petitioner herein also signed and that both parties agreed for conducting kumbabhishekam on 23.01.2017 and hence, nothing survives in this matter for further adjudication.
2.In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
